چکیده
Hybrid wire arc additive-milling subtractive manufacturing (HWMM) is an effective way to improve the quality of complex metal components, but difference in properties aluminum alloy and magnesium fabricated by HWMM has been not addressed. In paper, differences deposition accuracy tensile anisotropy between Al5Si Al AZ31B Mg alloys were studied using method. Under optimal parameters, minimum surface roughness sample was 146.1 μm, which 90% higher than for sample. The strength elongation 32% 56%, respectively, being 6 3.3 times those samples. According fracture behavior samples, both mainly attributed defects such as incomplete fusion porosity line. However, there obvious structural inhomogeneity where grain size adjacent areas reached 40%. This led easier These results contribute our understanding light alloys.
